Delete your account

You can delete your Dog Maps account at any time, right in the app. It's immediate and permanent.

In the app

1. Open Dog Maps and go to your Profile tab.
2. Tap the settings button (the gear, top right).
3. Tap Delete account, enter your password, and confirm.

What gets deleted

Everything: your profile and profile picture, every dog you posted and its photo, your likes, follows, follow requests, notifications and push notification devices. Copies in our encrypted backups roll off within 90 days.

Can't get into the app?

If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, you can reset your password from the sign in screen, or email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within a few days.
